Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Scheduling: Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking unless other arrangements have been made. Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid any cancellation fees. Rescheduling: Appointments rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a rescheduling fee. No-Show Policy: If you do not attend your appointment and have not provided notice, you may be charged the full session fee. Late Arrivals: Late arrivals may result in a shortened session time or cancellation, depending on availability. By booking an appointment, you agree to comply with this policy.
